No, we don't charge for SMS client notification and reminders. SMS is available on all plans. You can also send SMS from your own phone number on Pro plan.
If you change your mind within 14 days, we won't charge you and will downgrade your account to Basic plan. Any data already collected (Fact Find, Documents or e-Signatures) will still be accessible via Mystro dashboard.

Yes. Usually it takes 2 weeks (depending on complexity) for us to create and launch a custom Fact Find. There is a cost involved and only available on Pro plan.
If you are on Standard or Pro plan - nothing happens. You will still be able to request client's data and have full access to Mystro platform. We will contact you to discuss your custom requirements.
