At Mystro, we’re always working behind the scenes to bring you the best possible experience, whether it’s through new features, enhancements, or valuable content. But we understand that sometimes, these updates can get lost in the shuffle. That’s why we’re excited to introduce Mystro Updates — your new hub for all things Mystro, right where you need it.

What is Mystro Updates

Mystro Updates is a new system designed to keep you in the loop about everything happening in Mystro, as it happens. No more waiting for webinars, emails, or chance discoveries while navigating the software. Now, every time you log in, you’ll see a pop-up summarising the latest features, changes, bug fixes, and content we’ve rolled out.

Why we built Mystro updates

We know that keeping up with software updates can be a challenge, especially when your focus is on running your business. Historically, we’ve relied on direct communication and LinkedIn webinars to showcase what’s new. However, we recognised that many of our clients weren’t fully aware of the wealth of tools and features available to them — until they stumbled upon them.

Mystro Updates is our solution to this problem. It’s all about clarity and convenience, ensuring you’re always aware of what’s new and improved in Mystro, so you can make the most of the platform.

How it works

To help you navigate the updates, we’ve categorised them into four distinct tags:

  • Feature: Major new products that align with our three pillars — Client Onboarding, AI, or CRM — will be tagged as Features. These are the big-ticket items that can significantly enhance your workflow.
  • Light Feature: These are smaller, yet impactful enhancements to existing products, like being able to delete referrals from your contacts. They may not be headline-grabbing, but they’re designed to make your life easier.
  • Update: This tag covers a wide range of news, from training workshops and conferences to messages from our CEO. If there’s something happening at Mystro that we think you should know about, it’ll be tagged as an Update.
  • Content: We’re constantly expanding our training library with new videos, blogs, and other resources. Whenever fresh content is added that could help you better utilise Mystro, you’ll get a heads-up.
